“And They Shall All Be Taught Of God”

John 6:45 “It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.”

God should be our teacher and not man. We shall trust in God that he can and will teach us all things that we seek him on according to his will and righteousness. This is why on my website I try not to speak so much but to direct people to how they can all be taught by God himself and have a relationship with God like father and son. God knows everything about us and there is not one thing hid from him, not even the things in our hearts and minds. We are to be intimate with God like a husband and wife are intimate and reveal their feelings and secrets to one another. It is a very bad thing to rely solely on man, the internet or a religion to teach us. Everything that is of man is corruptible, but the Lord is perfect and holy. The Lords judgments on everything are perfect and true.

Imagine little children who have a perfect, holy, and loving father. The children may get upset by the things their father does to them or forbids them from doing (sin) because they lack understanding. This is how the Lord is. He is the Father in heaven and made the heavens and the earth and made us. So who are we that we think we can instruct him? Don’t get angry with God if you don’t understand why things are allowed to happen to you and on this earth. Just know that there is a God and he sits far up in heaven and loves you more than you could comprehend. If anyone thinks that he is smart and full of understanding, let him know that he is a fool. If the wise men of the earth had understanding, then the world would not be the way it is today. If you wish to be wise, first know that you don’t know much. The more you know, the more you know that you don’t know much. It’s like scientists who think they are smart, but the more they discover, the more questions they have and the more they realize they were wrong in times past. So, why do they think they know all the truth now? If scientist were so smart, then we would not have the issues we have today. It actually seems the more advanced we become, the more troubles and problems that arise. It is the illusion of progress. So humble yourself and ask God for knowledge and understanding.

1 John 2:27

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Isaiah 54:13

And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

Matthew 7:7-8

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

The More Righteous You Are The More Understanding You Will Have

1 John 2:4

“He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”

2 Peter 1:2-10
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

This is why I warn so much about relying on man to teach you. There are so many “wise” men and scholars who spend years and years studying the bible, knowing Hebrew and Greek, and all the history of the Bible, but it is all vanity if they are not seeking God in purity of heart and in righteousness. These people are very dangerous to learn from because they have too often relied on the knowledge of man and of books and not of God. This is why all these men can study the bible for years and years but all have different interpretations. However, the Bible says believers have one mind in Christ and if we do, then we should not have all these false doctrines because it is the Lord who teaches us.

The following is one reason I love God so much:
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

Jesus said:

Matthew 11:25
At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

God does this so no man can lift himself up in pride and think he is good. Our righteousness comes from God and him alone. Those who trust in man are fools to God. God uses the lowly and despised things of the worlds so that no flesh can glory in itself but that we all glory in God. So stop thinking the Bible is too hard for you to read or understand. Seek God in righteousness and the more righteousness your are given, the more you will understand. Diligently seek God for understanding and it will come to you. Be patient with faith and don’t just immediately run to the internet to find someones interpretation. If you do this, you will end up believing in lies and it is harder to undo a lie than believe in one. Imagine you were stuck on an island and knew nothing about anything and had no faith and all you had on the island was a Bible. Then you came to faith with that Bible and relied solely on God. If you did this, you would never come up with all the crazy variety of doctrines all these churches and scholars have. That is how you must look at the Bible and knowledge of God. Ask yourself whatever you may know about the gospel now, and seek God on if it is the truth and really from him or not. If you do this with a pure heart, you will abound greatly in knowledge and God will exalt you with knowledge of him.

Psalm 25:9
The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

Can You Teach A Robot To Love? Neither Can That Which Is Not Spiritual Understand That Which Is Spiritual.

Those that have their minds set only on the things of this world only understand the things of this world but cannot understand the things above.

Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 1 Corinthians 2:10-16 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ. Colossians 3 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

To The Simple Minded

To all you simple men, ask God for understanding and wisdom. Seek it out diligently and you will be filled with it. Do not think in your heart, “I am too simple of understanding and cannot learn” but rather think, “I am simple in understanding, God fill me with understanding and give me the patience and desire to seek it out.” Amen.

Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

God Has Appointed Teachers

Yes, God has gifted certain men to be teachers. But we must know that God is our main teacher. Whatever we hear or learn from man we must go to God and ask him if it is the truth or not. Do not just blindly trust in man. Even righteous man of God who has much knowledge in the Lord can be wrong on some things, but the Lord is never wrong. So put all your trust in God. Also, the Bible says there should not be very many teachers because God holds them to a higher standard. Whoever teaches the word of God and does not keep the least of it is a hypocrite and is considered the least in the kingdom of God. But whoever preaches and does the word of God is considered the greatest in the kingdom of God. Teachers are to teach with fear and trembling because the word of God is holy and to be highly revered. It is a terrible and dangerous thing to teach wrongly about God. Imagine how you would feel if people taught wrongly of you and made you out to be different than what you are. This upsets God greatly, but what upsets him even more is teaching people wrong which leads them on a path to hell. God will hold teachers accountable for this.
